Youthie, Youth Club

Youthie is our regular youth club programme, giving young people a place to have fun with friends, enjoy activities and try something new

Sessions and Activities

We currently run three Youthie drop-in sessions each week at the DDYP Pavilion in Moray Park.

  • Monday, 6:30–8:30 pm: S1 pupils

  • Tuesday, 6:30–8:30 pm: S2-S6

  • Thursday, 6:30–8:30 pm: P7 pupils

We offer a variety of activities, including arts and crafts, multimedia workshops, drama and dance, and cookery classes.

We also take advantage of the great outdoor space on our doorstep, with nature walks, scavenger hunts, bushcraft workshops and open-air games.

Outings and trips

We arrange outings and trips throughout the year. Popular excursions have included pantomimes at the Macrobert Arts Centre and graffiti workshops.

A place to be yourself

Our Youthie sessions are a great way for young people to have fun with friends and build their self-confidence and self-esteem in a safe social environment.
